AirAsia Increases 2nd Direct Daily Frequency for Kuala Lumpur - Tiruchirappalli

AirAsia today announced the addition of a second daily flight to Tiruchirapalli or Trichy beginning September 1.  Trichy situated in South India of Tamil Nadu, was the first destination in India serviced by AirAsia and since the inception on December 1st 2008, the Kuala Lumpur -Trichy route recorded an overwhelming response with consistently strong loads. To date, AirAsia has flown close to 70,000 guests in less than 8 months. To celebrate the introduction of the 2nd Kuala Lumpur -Trichy frequency, AirAsia will be offering all-in-fare from RM129.00 (LKR 1730.00). Booking period for the introduction of the 2nd frequency will begin from 28th July – 2nd August 2009 for the travel period from 1st September 2009 – 30th April 2010.
